INSIGHTFUL WELLBEING
Weekly wellbeing emails for companies who want their people to feel genuinely supported.
About
A few years ago, a manager asked me to help with team wellbeing, no brief, just "do what you think is best." So I started sending out an email each week, just a few sentences, drawing on what I was learning in my psychology degree. Those sentences grew into full weekly emails, and the list grew with them - 11 people, then 400+, then a 1,000+ person company forum. The feedback never stopped. With the amazing response I received, I've since built that into Insightful Wellbeing; weekly, research-informed wellbeing emails for companies who want their people to feel genuinely supported.

What people have said
"Thank you for all the work that goes into these each week. They provide an opportunity to pause, reflect and invest in our own wellbeing. The information is always relevant, helpful and presented in a way that is lighthearted, while the sentiment behind the message is never lost."

"I was introduced to these wellness emails by my manager. They're detailed without being lecturing, but most importantly, they offer practical techniques to deal with the target concern, as well as additional links for those interested in learning more. There's nothing radical in the advice, just the real, necessary reminders about things like exercise and nutrition that are easy to forget when life gets overwhelming."

"I wanted to express my gratitude for the meaningful wellness emails. It's easy to overlook our own well-being, both mental and physical, especially when life gets busy. These emails serve as a valuable reminder to prioritise what truly matters. I've personally implemented some of the tips shared before and find them incredibly helpful."
